Hungary respects the ruling of the European Court of Justice on the obligatory relocation of asylum seekers from Greece and Italy (see EUROPE 11856) but will fight these relocation policies – especially as part of the permanent mechanism discussed in the reform of the so-called Dublin regulation on asylum – with every legal and political means it can.
