Still hostile to obligatory relocation of asylum seekers, Budapest promises long legal and political battle

Hungary respects the ruling of the European Court of Justice on the obligatory relocation of asylum seekers from Greece and Italy (see EUROPE 11856) but will fight these relocation policies – especially as part of the permanent mechanism discussed in the reform of the so-called Dublin regulation on asylum – with every legal and political means it can.
