US Administration grateful to Copernicus in management of crisis in wake of Hurricane Harvey

18/09/2017 (Agence Europe) – The United States Federal Emergency Management Agency has warmly thanked the Copernicus Emergency Management Service following Hurricane Harvey, according to a press release published by the EU’s Copernicus programme on Friday 15 September.
