Services provided in Gibraltar to people in United Kingdom are not covered by EU law

The principle of the free provision of services as guaranteed by Union law is not applicable between Gibraltar and the United Kingdom, according a European Court of Justice ruling made on Tuesday 13 June (C-591/15). This decision upholds the conclusions made by the Advocate General (see EUROPE 11707).
