Commission proposes new supervision mechanism for central counterparties located outside EU

As it announced in May, the European Commission presented a legislative proposal in Strasbourg on Tuesday 13 June on reinforcing the supervision of central counterparties (CCPs) located outside the EU by creating a new mechanism based on a pan- European approach.
