The rights of citizens, and human rights in particular, will be the two big issues at the next European Parliament plenary session. MEPs will draw up a balance sheet with the president of the European Council, Donald Tusk, in the morning of Wednesday 17 May of the Brexit guidelines adopted by the EU27 European Summit and will discuss the authoritarian slippages of the Hungarian government on the same day.
