Mimica reaffirms strength of partnership for addressing common challenges at 15th OCT-EU Forum

European Commissioner for International Cooperation and Development Neven Mimica is currently participating in the 15th Overseas Countries and Territories – European Union (OCT-EU) Forum which is taking place (20-24 February) in Aruba, a Dutch island in the Lesser Antilles.  The forum is being chaired by Aruba's Prime Minister Mike E. Eman.
