Latvia under fire over 'Performance of Buildings' directive

16/02/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 15 February, the Commission sent a reasoned opinion to Latvia, calling on it to correctly transpose into national law all requirements of the 2010 directive on the energy performance of buildings.
