Question of minimum services in aviation sector pits unions against European Commission

Discussions between the European Commission and the trade unions on minimum service practices for airspace management have broken down completely, according to François Ballestero, the policy official responsible for civil aviation and tourism at the European Transport Workers Federation (ETF), speaking on Wednesday 15 February.
