Hungary criticised for failing to respect noise legislation
Brussels, 16/02/2017 (Agence Europe)

The European Commission is urging Hungary to draw up and finally communicate its strategic noise cards to it for the Budapest agglomeration. It is also requesting that it sends it its national action plans for noise management on the main road and railway axes in the country, in compliance with requirements set out in the 2002/49/EC directive on the assessment and management of environmental noise.
