European Solidarity Corps at centre of ministerial discussions

The European Solidarity Corps must be a credible initiative that helps towards the development of young Europeans. This is the message the Education Council is expected to adopt at its meeting on 17 February in Brussels. There will be no legislative dossier on the agenda of this meeting.
