Nine states requested to transpose rules on posted workers

15/02/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 15 February, the European Commission sent reasoned opinions to the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Spain, Croatia, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Sweden and Slovenia over the failure to notify the complete transposition into their national legislation of Directive 2014/67/EU on the posting of workers.
