Commission approves new protected designations of origin

15/02/2017 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission announced on Wednesday 15 February that it had approved the inclusion of Lucques du Languedoc in the register of protected designations of origin (PDO). These are green olives of the Lucques variety grown in the departments of Aude and Hérault in the south of France (this is the 240th French designation to be protected).
