Eight member states continue to impede free movement of workers

15/02/2016 (Agence Europe) – Austria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal and Romania have still not transposed the directive on EU citizens’ right to work in other member states (Directive 2014/54/EU) into their national legislations the European Commission has found, and it sent them all reasoned opinions on Wednesday 15 February.
