Climate activists and industry attempt to influence European Parliament vote on ETS reform

While the European Parliament gears up to give its verdict on Wednesday 15 February in Strasbourg on reform of the European emissions trading scheme to make it more effective, climate activists and those from European industry are mobilising in a last-ditch attempt to influence the vote of MEPs at the plenary session (see EUROPE 11723).
