Brussels, 01/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - After three days of voting, the European Parliament's budgets committee has struck a compromise on most areas of the draft EU budget for 2010 ahead of first reading by the European Parliament at the plenary in Strasbourg on 19-22 October 2009.
