2009 - annus horribilis for EuroMed textile and clothing exports

Brussels, 01/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - CEDITH, the 'Centre euromediterranean des industriels du textile et de l'habillement' (EuroMed textile and clothing manufacturers' centre) is predicting dreadful results for 2009. CEDITH chair, Jean-François Limantour, said that to be blunt, textile and clothing exports from non-EU Mediterranean countries to the EU were bad in the first seven months of 2009.
