Strasbourg, 14/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - Speaking to the press on Tuesday 14 July in Strasbourg, the German president of the GUE/NGL Group said the Left will not be voting in favour of renewing José Manuel Barroso's mandate at the head of the European Commission.
