Adoption of budget meant to prepare for economic recovery

Brussels, 18/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 18 December, the European Parliament in Strasbourg adopted the Community budget for 2009, which was then signed off by Parliament President Hans-Gert Pöttering.
