Brussels, 12/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - The negotiations with Libya taking place in Brussels on 12-13 November (see EUROPE 9780) must also discuss immigration, says MEP and deputy chairman of the Maghreb delegation to the European Parliament Simon Busuttil (EPP-ED, Malta). It is time, he says, that Libya joins the other Mediterranean countries, as it is the only country in the region not to have contractual relations with the EU.
