European Commission approves State aid in favour of intermodal transport in Poland

Brussels, 12/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 12 November, the European Commission approved Polish state aid for development of multimodal transport. The total amount of the aid is €41.6 million, financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and by the national state budget. Subsidies will be granted at regional level, for the building of multimodal infrastructure (logistic terminals and centres) and for the purchase of equipment (wagons, hoists, etc). The maximum...
