Brussels, 08/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - As part of the consultation to draw up a PES manifesto at the Committee of the Regions (CoR) for the forthcoming European elections in 2009, Socialist members of the CoR are organising a conference on, “Mobilising for Democracy, Elections Turnout and Voting Behaviour” at CoR HQ on Wednesday 10 September.
