Brussels, 08/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 5 September, European Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs welcomed the agreement between the transmission system operators (TSOs) of France, RTE, and Belgium, ELIA, which aims to create a joint regional technical coordination Centre, to be based in Brussels.
