08/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 5 September 2008, the European Commission authorised the joint acquisition of several subsidiaries of the Spanish group Banco Sabadell. The Swiss group Zurich will take on 50% of the Spanish companies BanSabadell Vida, BanSabadell Pensiones, E.G.F.P., and Sabadell Seguros Generales.
