08/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 3 September, the EP adopted by 619 votes in favour, 28 against and 39 abstentions, a resolution on the Common Reference Framework (CRF) for European contract law. The definitive version of this will be presented to the European Commission before the end of December.
