Strasbourg, 23/04/2008 (Agence Europe) -On the sidelines of the plenary session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, Bernard Poignant, Harlem Désir and Pervenche Berès presented the press, on Wednesday 23 April, with a broad outline of the memorandum of the French Socialist Delegation (DSF) ahead of the French Presidency of the Council of the EU in the second half of this year.
