Brussels, 23/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament wants the EU to begin accession negotiations with the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYRM) before the end of this year if the country can meet the eight benchmarks that the European Commission set out in its communication in March (see EUROPE 9616).
