23/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 23 April, the Rural Development Committee (consisting of representatives of the 27 member states) approved the 2007-2013 rural development programmes for the following four Spanish autonomous regions: Cantabria (€75.7 million of Community funding over the seven years), Castilla-la-Mancha (€924.4 million from the EU budget), Extremadura (€779. million) and Murcia (€206 million).
