Four countries before Court of Justice for failing to conform to road transport social legislation

Brussels, 04/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided on Thursday 3 April to bring Greece, Italy, Luxembourg and Portugal before the European Court of Justice for failing to conform with European social legislation on road transport activities.
