04/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided on Thursday 3 April to send a reasoned opinion to Belgium, the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia for failing to transpose into national legislation the European rules governing the implementation of the harmonised river information services (RIS) on inland waterways.
