MEPs opt for simplification of European company law, accounting and auditing rules

Brussels, 27/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 27 March, MEPs on the European Parliament legal affairs committee adopted the report by Klaus-Heiner Lehne (EPP-ED, Germany) on simplifying the business environment for companies in the areas of company law, accounting and auditing (see EUROPE 9467).
