Commission suggests transfer of €772m unused in 2007

Brussels, 19/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 14 March, the European Commission adopted a preliminary draft amending budget (PDAB) No 2 for the year 2008 aimed at including into the 2008 budget unused commitment appropriations for the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and the European Fisheries Fund (EFF). This is necessary given the delays in implementation of the first year of the multi-annual financial framework 2007-2013....
