19/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 17 March the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted a decision approving the conclusion of an agreement with Ukraine to get rid of all export duties when the future bilateral free trade agreement between the EU and Ukraine comes into force. Talks on a free trade agreement, begun on 18 February (see EUROPE 9604), will be officially launched after the formal accession of Ukraine to the WTO.
