19/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 17 March, the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted a regulation imposing definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of certain air compressors from China. Under the terms of the draft regulation brought forward on 11 March, these measures have been put in place for a period limited to two years only (see EUROPE 9621). (E.H.)
