19/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - Iberdrola has referred a complaint against the pension scheme at EDF to the European Commission. The Spanish electricity company, which fears that the French company is to launch a takeover bid, alleges that state participation in EDF, which exceeds 80%, infringes articles 87 and 88 of the EC Treaty.
