19/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - A Commission press release explains that during her visit to Poland on Tuesday 18 March, Danuta Hübner, European Commissioner for Regional Policy, urged Poland to invest in high quality, high value-added cohesion policy projects for 2007-2013. In Olsztyn, she received the 'Personality of the Year, Warmia-Mazury region' award. 600 participants attended the event, many of whom were representatives from national, regional and local authorities, as well as eminent figures from the cultural, media and business communities.
