Strasbourg, 13/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament believes that the Union is adopting anti-terrorist laws too hastily and that sometimes these laws violate fundamental rights. This observation was made by MEPs in a resolution prepared by Jean-Marie Cavada (ALDE, France) and was adopted on Wednesday 12 December in Strasbourg by 359 votes in favour, 293 against, with 38 abstentions.
