Strasbourg, 13/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Parliament went with its rapporteur Marcello Vernola (EPP-ED, Italy), in adopting a resolution welcoming the conclusion of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) between the European Communities and Montenegro. Amendments proposed by the rapporteur up-dated the text, and the EP can now welcome the signing, on 6 December, of an agreement with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on...
