13/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - As part of the agreement on next year's budget, on Wednesday 12 December, the European Parliament approved a decision on the use of the Flexibility Instrument to provide €270 million in commitment appropriations (report by German CDU MEP Reimer Böge).
