28/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a ruling issued on 22 November 2007, the European Court of Justice rejected an appeal by Deutsche Telekom against the German telecoms regulator Bundesnetzagentur (Case-262/06). The German historic telecoms operator appealed to Germany's national administrative court against Bundesnetzagentur's demand for Deutsche Telekom's charges to be approved by explicit authorisation.
