Luxembourg, 07/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Court of First Instance confirmed in a ruling on 7 November that the German National Allocation Plan (NAP) for greenhouse gas emissions is in conformity with EU legislation. The Commission decided that the ex post adjustments in the German NAP for 2005-2007, whereby changes can be made to allocations from year to year in the light of the actual level of business of the companies concerned, were illegal (Commission Decision C(2004) 2515/2).
