26/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 26 October, the European Commission adopted a communication on the recovery of illegal state aid. The aim is to provide member states with guidance which will mean the aid recovery procedure is speeded up and the respective roles of the Commission and the member states are clearly defined.
