Commission approves Bulgaria and Romania's national carbon dioxide emission allocation plans for 2007 and 2008-2012, and agrees to change in Germany's plans

Brussels, 26/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 26 October, the European Commission adopted the decisions on the proposed Bulgarian and Romanian national plans for allocating carbon dioxide (CO2) emission allowances for 2007, and the 2008-2012 trading period, in the framework of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS).
