Commission wants to fine Finland for allowing sale of 'tobacco for oral use'

Brussels, 25/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 23 October, the European Commission announced that it will be asking the European Court of Justice to fine Finland more than €2 million in addition to a daily fine of €19,828.80 for allowing the sale of tobacco for oral use (meaning 'products for oral use, except those intended to be smoked or chewed, made wholly or partly of tobacco').
