27/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission granted clearance on Tuesday 26 June to the acquisition of sole control of Klöchner-Werke AG (KX) and RES Grundbesitz und Beteiligungs AG (RSE), both of Germany by Salzgitter AG also of Germany. Salzgitter is active in the production, distribution and related services of various steel products, including flat steel products and steel tubes.
