18/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - European Fisheries Commissioner Joe Borg has welcomed the independent performance review carried out on the working of the North-East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC). The study showed 15 of the 20 vessels identified as having been involved in illegal fishing activities had been sanctioned.
