Brussels, 27/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 27 March, the European Commission gave its approval to the proposed creation of Neptune, a joint venture between the Belgian company Umicore and Zinifex of Australia. The joint venture would be active in zinc smelting, refining and alloying.
