27/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - After examination by simplified merger review procedure, the Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Vivarte of France by Charterhouse Capital Ltd (“Charterhouse”) of the UK. The latter is active in equity capital and Vivarte sells footwear and clothing. (cd)
