14/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 13 December, the European Commission decided to pursue infringement proceedings initiated against nine Member States - Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Greece, Italy, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden - that have not transposed certain internal market directives into their national legislations.
