Negotiations are officially launched with five Balkan States

Brussels, 30/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Commission officially launched talks on visa facilitation and readmission with five Balkan States: Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.
