Brussels, 29/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - Marcel Reimen, the president of the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) in Lisbon, presented the Annual Report 2006 on drug use in Europe, on Thursday 23 November in Brussels.
